Naila Mammadova currently serves as a Business Manager for Western Europe at Citi since August 2023. Prior to this role, Naila was involved in the European Graduate Program at Avery Dennison, where notable contributions included automating the Transfer Pricing process utilizing the IBM Planning Analytics TM1 tool and managing monthly communication of transfer price changes. Naila's earlier experience includes being a Teaching Assistant at Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University, and a Finance Intern at The Kraft Heinz Company. Naila participated as a delegate in both the European Youth Parliament and the National Model United Nations, engaging in discussions on political and environmental issues. Naila holds a Bachelor's degree in International Business Administration from Rotterdam School of Management, having also completed the RSM Honours Programme focused on Entrepreneurial and Small Business Operations.
