Misty Bell Stiers serves as the Global Head of Inclusive Design at Citi, where responsibilities include fostering a diverse and inclusive design practice and supporting digital product teams. Stiers has been recognized as a 2022 Leaders in Excellence Award Winner and established the Citi Inclusive Design Council to enhance collaboration across the organization. In addition to current roles, Stiers has authored and illustrated works, including the recently released "Light, Fire & Abundance," while also holding leadership positions at Isobar and contributing to various diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives. Stiers' academic background includes degrees in Arts and Cultural Management and Illustration from Pratt Institute and Ringling College of Art and Design, respectively.
