Malathi Kashyap is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in compliance, risk management, and product development across various industries. Currently serving as SVP in Independent Compliance Risk Management at Citi since January 2025, Malathi previously held the position of Senior Product Manager at Apex Fintech Solutions, where leadership was demonstrated in regulatory reporting and compliance initiatives. Malathi's prior roles include Project Lead/Product Manager at FINRA, where a multifaceted skill set was utilized in technical product management, and Information Technology Lead at the Chicago Board Options Exchange, focusing on system optimization and development for regulatory surveillance. Earlier experience includes project management in applications development at Cabot Microelectronics and AAR Corp. Malathi holds a Master’s degree in Environmental Engineering from Kansas State University and a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from Bangalore University.
