Josh Martz has extensive experience in the field of anti-money laundering (AML) and know-your-customer (KYC) operations, with a career at Citi that began in April 2008. Over the years, Josh held various senior management positions, including AML KYC Ops Senior Manager for Quality Control and ERU & Escalations, as well as KYC Quality Assurance Manager Reporting & PM. Prior roles at Citi included KYC Retail Bank Manager and various positions within CitiMortgage Inc., including Unit Manager of Collections and Executive Response Unit Analyst. Before joining Citi, Josh worked as a Collection Agent at Client Services Incorporated from September 2002 to April 2008. Josh holds a degree from Missouri Baptist University.
