Joe Quackenbush, MS, CRISC, CISSP, CISA, CISM, currently serves as VP, Data Security Program Governance Manager at Citi, where responsibilities include overseeing a portfolio of over 150 projects, managing risk, and enhancing data leakage protection controls across various domains. With prior experience as an Enterprise IT Architect at Oglethorpe, Inc., and a Senior Solutions Architect at CyberCrocodile, LLC, Quackenbush has demonstrated expertise in project management, IT security, and client relationship management. Educational qualifications include a Master’s of Science in CyberSecurity and a Bachelor’s of Science in Information Technology with a Security Emphasis, both from Western Governors University.
