Jay Avants, MBA, holds a Master of Business Administration in Banking from the University of Tennessee at Martin, obtained between 2014 and 2016. Jay has extensive experience in the finance and retail sectors, currently serving as Vice President of Client Development at Citi. Prior experience includes the role of Regional Credit Manager at GE Money Bank and Club Manager at Wal-Mart. In addition, Jay has pursued Six Sigma training since 2006, demonstrating a commitment to ongoing professional development and process improvement.
