Debbie Ruhl serves as the Head of Emerging Payments for North America at Citi. Prior to this role, Ruhl held various leadership positions at JPMorgan Chase & Co., including Executive Director of Payments Solutions and Product Commercialization within Merchant Services, as well as Vice President, Commercialization Lead. Ruhl's earlier experience includes consulting roles at The Permanente Medical Group, Inc. in Physician Recruitment Services, and a Biostatistics Teaching Fellow position at Yale School of Public Health. Ruhl also began a career in account management at WCG, a W2O Company, progressing from Account Coordinator to Account Associate.
