Brandee McHale is an experienced leader in community investing and philanthropy, currently serving as Head of Community Investing and Development and President of the Citi Foundation since March 2008. In this capacity, Brandee McHale oversees Citi Foundation's global grantmaking strategy and leads initiatives related to corporate citizenship, volunteerism, and environmental sustainability. Prior to this role, Brandee McHale was the Chief Operating Officer of Citi Foundation, responsible for strategic and operational direction. Brandee McHale also held the position of Head of Corporate Philanthropy and Community Relations at Wells Fargo from August 2019 to February 2020, where duties included leading the company’s philanthropic strategy and community engagement. Earlier in the career, Brandee McHale was a Program Officer at the Ford Foundation, developing initiatives to support low-income households. Brandee McHale holds a Master's degree in Urban Policy from The New School, earned between 1990 and 1992.
