Baris Tezcan is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the banking and finance sector, currently serving as Managing Director and Commercial Bank Head for the Central Europe Cluster at Citi since December 2000. Tezcan has held multiple leadership roles within Citi, including Managing Director for the Turkey, Jordan, and Bahrain Cluster, Executive Vice President for Commercial Bank Turkey, and as a key figure in Treasury & Trade Solutions. Tezcan also contributes as an Executive Leadership Coach at Co-Active Training Institute and served as Chairman of Junior Achievement Turkey. Earlier career experiences include positions at Fortis and Garanti Bank. Tezcan holds an Executive MBA from Istanbul Bilgi University and two degrees in Statistics from Middle East Technical University.
