Anna Thomas is a seasoned technology and operations leader with extensive experience across multiple financial institutions, currently serving as Director of Operations & Technology Transformation at Citi since August 2021. Previously, Anna held the role of Vice President of Private Banking Technology at Brown Brothers Harriman, where responsibilities included overseeing business and technical initiatives and managing communication related to technology developments. With a strong background in software development, Anna also served as Global Vice President at Experian, leading a team of over 200 professionals and overseeing significant budget accountability. Additional experience includes roles at Barclays Capital and JPMorgan, focusing on sales analytics and trade processing efficiencies. Anna's technical foundation is supported by an M.S in Computer Science from New Jersey Institute of Technology and an M.Sc in Mathematics from Madras Christian College.
