Patrick Lee has extensive experience in project management and cost control, primarily within the engineering and construction sectors. Currently serving as GM of the Desalination Plant at CITIC Pacific Mining Management Pty Ltd since September 2010, Patrick has overseen the construction, commissioning, and operations of a plant capable of producing 72,000 cubic meters of water per day with potential to double capacity. Prior roles include Project Cost Control Manager for Dow Corning, where Patrick managed a significant greenfield project, and Deputy Project Control Manager at Sabic - Jubail United, contributing to various multi-billion dollar projects. Earlier experience features positions at SABIC as Chief Planner and at GEC Defence and NEC in contract administration and project control. Patrick holds a Master’s in Project Management from the University of Sydney and a BSc Hons in Electrical Engineering and Electronics from the University of Manchester.
