Kaitlin Moran currently serves as the Vice President of Customer Success at Citian since October 2024 and co-chairs the DC Tech & Venture Coalition (DCTAV) since March 2023. Prior to these roles, Kaitlin held the position of Vice President of Customer Success at LogicBoost Labs from November 2020 to October 2024 and worked as Vice President of Customer Success & Support at CloudBolt Software from October 2018 to November 2020. Kaitlin's career began at Thycotic, where roles included Director of Customer Success, Senior Customer Success Manager, and Account Manager from June 2010 to October 2018. Kaitlin holds a B.S. in Economics Management from Ohio Wesleyan University, completed in 2009.
