Mark Brown has over 20 years of experience in human resources management, currently serving as the Director of Human Resources for Corp/DC's/Retail at Citi Trends Inc. since December 2009. Prior roles include Distribution Center Human Resources Manager at Dollar Tree Stores from March 2004 to November 2009, as well as similar positions at Advance Auto Parts and Discount Auto Parts, Inc. Mark began a career in management as a Branch Manager Trainee at Washington Mutual Financial Service in 1998. Mark’s military service includes a decade in the US Navy, focusing on the medical field. Education includes a Bachelor of Applied Science in Human Resources Management from Troy University, completed in 1998, along with additional studies at Southern University and Agricultural and Mechanical College at Baton Rouge.
