Kimberly Griffin has extensive experience in technical and field operations, currently serving as a Field Bike Mechanic and Station Attendant (valet) at Citi Bike, operated by Motivate, since March 2016. Previously, Kimberly worked as a Data Entry Intern at JDG Investigations Inc, where responsibilities included data management and document organization. Additionally, a role as a Help Desk/Technician Intern at Chelsea Computer Inc involved providing comprehensive technical support, including hardware and software troubleshooting, as well as assisting clients with various applications. Kimberly holds an Associate’s Degree in Network and Security Administration from ASA College and has completed foundational education with a focus on law at John Jay High School.
