Hemant Pawar is an accomplished mechanical engineer with extensive experience in design engineering, primarily within the offshore and automotive industries. Currently serving as the Assistant Design Manager at Citec Group since August 2014, Hemant has progressed through various roles including Lead Engineer and Senior Design Engineer. Previous experience includes a position as Senior Design Engineer at Cargotec Corporation, focusing on offshore product modifications, and work at Atlantis Lab Pvt. Ltd as an Onsite Design Engineer for electronic controller unit projects. Hemant began the career as a Junior Engineer at Atlas Automotive Components Ltd, developing aluminum castings, and as a Trainee Development Engineer at Walchandnagar Industries Ltd, where initial expertise in gating systems and metal flow analysis was established. Hemant holds a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Savitribai Phule Pune University.
