Richard Hubbard has a diverse work experience, primarily in the field of education and research. Richard started their career as a HR lecturer at City of Wolverhampton College in 2008, where they taught and assessed various business programs. Richard then served as a visiting lecturer at the University of Wolverhampton from 2011 to 2013. In 2014, they joined CITB as a research engineer, where they focused on understanding and improving the training provision in the construction sector.
Richard Hubbard attended Loughborough University from 2014 to 2018, where they obtained a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) degree in Labour Market Economics with a specialization in Skills Supply.
