Churchill Kayode has over a decade of experience in change and programme delivery roles. Churchill started their career in 2007 as a Programme Director at Conquista Consulting, where they worked with large complex organizations to deliver transformation programmes and strategic initiatives. During their time at Conquista Consulting, Churchill focused on strategy formulation, risk management, financial management, IT governance, and creating business value.

In 2012, Churchill joined Lloyds Banking Group as part of the Cost Management Initiative & Regulatory Programme Delivery team. Churchill managed a transformational change programme that consolidated budgets for IT suppliers and centralized the supplier management function. Churchill also worked on a regulatory compliance programme for Scottish Widows Investment.

After Lloyds Banking Group, Churchill worked at the Post Office in 2012 as part of the Portfolio and Programme Delivery team. Churchill was responsible for delivering an end-to-end e-commerce solution, integrating supplier systems with the Post Office's back-end systems, and increasing the customer base.
