Flora Budiman has extensive experience in financial and internal auditing, human resources management, and accounting, primarily at PT Citatah Tbk, where Flora has served since 1996. Currently, as Chief Internal Auditor, Flora reports directly to the President Director, prepares audit reports for the Independent Commissioner, and develops annual audit plans while enhancing internal controls across departments. Previous roles at PT Citatah include Corporate HR Manager, overseeing HR operations and employee relations, and Senior Accounting Manager, focusing on financial oversight and system implementation. Flora's experience also includes a tenure as Accounting Manager at PT Citatah, managing tax audits and financial statement preparation, and as a Senior Auditor at KPMG Indonesia, where Flora supported client services and enhanced audit efficiency. Flora holds a degree from Universitas Kristen Indonesia.
