Charles Tremblay currently holds the position of Chargé de projet amélioration- Volet corporatif at Machinex since May 2023. Previously, Charles Tremblay worked at Citadelle, coopérative de producteurs de sirop d'érable from May 2017 to May 2023, serving as Coordonnateur Produits et Procédés and Coordonnateur Production. Charles Tremblay's earlier experience at Citadelle includes a role in quality control and process improvement, focusing on product compliance and the implementation of 5S methodology. Charles Tremblay began career work at Citadelle as an operator and laborer from May 2013 to September 2015. Charles Tremblay completed education at Université Laval from 2013 to 2017.
