Warren Geldenhuys, CFA, is an experienced operational risk professional currently serving as the Operational Risk Manager and EMEA Lead at Citadel since May 2022, overseeing operational risk for Citadel and Citadel Securities in the EMEA region. Prior to this role, Warren held various leadership positions at Revolut, where responsibilities included the design and implementation of the operational risk framework, incident oversight, risk data analysis, and reporting. Experience also includes roles at Monocle Solutions, Novum Asset Management, ICAP, and Barloworld Limited, where Warren developed strong expertise in risk management, financial modeling, and capital markets. Warren's educational background includes a Bachelor of Commerce in Finance and an Honours degree in Investment Management from the University of Johannesburg, as well as additional qualifications in corporate finance and risk management.
