Paula Weil is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in compliance and litigation. Currently serving as the Chief Compliance Officer for Information and Data Services at Citadel since February 2017, Paula previously held the position of Deputy Chief Compliance Officer. Prior to Citadel, Paula worked at the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority from July 2013 to January 2017 as Principal Regional Counsel in the Department of Enforcement, where involvement included leading investigations and providing counsel on examinations related to broker/dealers and investment advisers. Paula's legal career began as a Senior Litigation Associate at Proskauer Rose LLP from September 2006 to June 2013, focusing on securities litigation and enforcement matters. Additionally, Paula served as a Law Clerk for the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit from September 2004 to August 2006. Paula holds a Juris Doctor degree from Cardozo School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in History and English from the University of Pennsylvania.
