Maria Aronov is an experienced professional in the biotech and investment sectors, currently serving as the Head of BioTech Operations at Citadel since November 2024. Previously, Maria held various roles at RTW Investments, LP from November 2019 to November 2024, including Director of Operations, Assistant Director of Operations, Senior Associate, and Associate. Earlier in their career, Maria was an Associate at Three Bridges Capital from June 2017 to September 2019. Maria holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from The Johns Hopkins University and a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Bentley University.
