Jeff Picron is a Senior Quantitative Developer currently working at Citadel. Prior to this, Jeff gained experience as a Software Engineer at Meta, a Quantitative Developer at Third Point LLC, an Algorithm Developer at Hudson River Trading, and a Quantitative Strategist at BlueMountain Capital Management. Jeff also founded and managed Induction Capital, LLC, a startup hedge fund, and worked as an Independent Consultant at Magnetar Capital and Citadel LLC in various roles. Jeff's educational background includes a Master of Business Administration in Finance from Cornell University and a Master of Engineering in Applied Mathematics from Université catholique de Louvain.
