Bryan Chen is an accomplished technology professional with extensive experience in engineering and operations. Currently serving as the Head of End User Engineering at Citadel since September 2022, Bryan previously held multiple positions at Abacus Group from July 2017 to August 2022, advancing from DevOps Engineer to Director of DevOps Engineering. Prior to that, Bryan worked at Two Sigma from October 2011 to May 2017 as a Windows Platform Engineer, where responsibilities included leading the technical team for a comprehensive Windows server infrastructure and managing SCCM operations. Bryan's career began at Rutgers University, where roles included Systems Operations Consultant and Help Desk Consultant, after earning a Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Rutgers University in 2011.
