Bin Liang is a Senior Quant Developer at Citadel since May 2021, following a substantial tenure at Bloomberg LP from October 2013 to April 2021, where roles included Quant and Equity Quant focusing on convertible bond pricing. Bin Liang's early career included an internship as an OTC Derivatives Quant Intern at Bloomberg LP in the summer of 2013 and experience as a Research Assistant at Columbia University from August 2010 to August 2013. Bin Liang holds a Ph.D. in Engineering Mechanics from Columbia University, an M.S. in Civil Engineering from Vanderbilt University, and a B.S. in Engineering Mechanics from Shanghai Jiao Tong University.
