Alex Tykhostup currently serves as the Director of Workplace Operations, APAC at Citadel since November 2023. Prior to this role, Alex was the Head of Operations for Mandarin Oriental Exclusive Homes at StayOne from February 2022 to November 2023. Experience includes positions such as Wellness Manager and Assistant Chief Butler at Rosewood Hotels & Resorts from March 2019 to February 2022, and various roles at Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group from April 2014 to March 2019, including Butler Service and Fans of M.O. Manager and Duty Manager. Alex also held several management positions at Fairmont Hotels & Resorts from February 2012 to April 2014, starting as an Agent in Royal Service and progressing to Assistant Manager of Fairmont Gold. Earlier experience includes a Sales Manager role at Mapia and work as a Freelance Photographer from September 2005 to February 2012. Educational background includes a Master's degree in Engineering from National Technical University of Ukraine 'Kyiv Polytechnic Institute'​ and part-time studies in Printing Technology at HTWK Leipzig.
