Uladzislau Paulovich has extensive work experience in the software engineering field. Uladzislau is currently employed at Citadel Securities as a Software Engineer, starting in March 2021. Prior to this, they worked at Facebook as a Software Engineer from October 2018 to March 2021. In 2018, they also had an internship at Google as a Software Engineering Intern from July to October. Before that, they worked at WANNABY as a Software Engineer from November 2017 to July 2018. Uladzislau Paulovich gained experience through multiple internships, including at Google as a Software Engineering Intern from August to November 2017, at Facebook as a Software Engineering Intern from May to August 2017, and at Google as a Software Engineering Intern from June to September 2016. Uladzislau also had an internship at Google as a STEP Engineering Intern from July to September 2015.

Uladzislau Paulovich completed their high school education at BSU Lyceum from 2012 to 2014, earning a high school diploma with a focus on mathematics. Continuing their academic journey, they went on to attend Belarusian State University from 2014 to 2018, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics and Computer Science.
