Jimmy Huang has a diverse work experience in the field of quantitative trading, data science, and research. Jimmy started working at Citadel Securities in 2023 as a Quantitative Trader. Prior to that, they were a Research Assistant at Stanford University from February 2023 to July 2023, where they utilized machine learning and NLP to enhance tutor effectiveness on Schoolhouse.world. Before their role at Stanford, Jimmy worked as a Data Scientist at Schoolhouse.world from September 2022 to July 2023. Jimmy also gained experience at TransMarket Group, where they worked as a Garden Leave from February 2022 to July 2023, and as a Quantitative Trader from September 2018 to February 2022. Jimmy began their career as a Research Assistant and Teaching Assistant at Kellogg School of Management from February 2016 to March 2018.

Jimmy Huang has a Bachelor of Science degree in Joint Honours Mathematics/Economics from McGill University, which they earned from 2014 to 2015. From 2015 to 2018, they attended Northwestern University and completed a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics, as well as a Master of Science in Computer Science. Additionally, in 2016 to 2017, Jimmy completed a Certificate Program for Undergraduates in Financial Economics at Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management.
