Jackson Pan has a diverse work experience across multiple companies. Jackson began their career at Scotiabank in 2012, where they worked as a Senior Analyst in Corporate Financial Analysis from July 2012 to August 2014. Jackson then took on the role of Manager of Liquidity Risk, focusing on crisis management planning, liquidity risk stress testing, and U.S. Foreign Banking Organizing requirements from September 2014 to January 2016.
In 2017, Jackson joined McKinsey & Company as an Associate, a role they held until May 2019. During this time, they also served as a Junior Engagement Manager, gaining experience in project management and client engagement.
In 2019, Jackson joined Citadel Securities as a Strategy and Business Management professional in the APAC region. Jackson took on the additional responsibility of being the Head of Corporate Development in APAC in October 2022. Their tenure at Citadel Securities is ongoing, showcasing their commitment to the company and the region.
Jackson Pan completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management from INSEAD in 2017. Before that, they earned a Bachelor of Mathematics degree in Math/Financial Analysis and Risk Management from the University of Waterloo, which they attended from 2007 to 2012. It is unknown when they attended the CFA Institute or what degree or field of study they pursued there.
