Eric Baum has a diverse work experience in the financial industry. Eric started as a Summer Analyst at Ward Ferry Management Ltd. in 2010 and then moved on to Merrill Lynch in 2011, where they worked as a Summer Analyst. In 2012, they joined Optiver as a Senior Commodity Derivatives Trader and stayed with the company until 2018. Currently, they are working at Citadel Securities as a Quantitative Trader, a role they have held since September 2019.

Eric Baum attended Harvard University from 2008 to 2012, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Economics.
