Mark Waksman is a senior-level Systems Engineer and Solutions Architect at Citadel NY since September 2008. Notable achievements include leading a project in Summer 2019 focused on building Azure infrastructure, which involved Azure VM, Azure Firewall, Azure App Service Environment, and Azure SQL Database. Prior to this, Mark served as a Systems Administrator at the Social Science Research Council from June 2010 to August 2015, where responsibilities included providing on-site and remote support while maintaining a mixed-platform environment encompassing Windows, Macintosh, and Linux systems. Earlier experience includes working as an IT Manager at GW Communications from July 2007 to August 2008.
