Kelbin "KC" Carolina has extensive experience in community lending and financial services, currently serving as a Community Lending Officer at Citadel Credit Union since March 2016, focusing on first-time homeowners within minority communities. Previously, KC held the position of Senior Financial Service Representative, providing comprehensive banking services, including personal, business, and mortgage loans. KC's background includes significant engagement in local politics as Municipal Chairman of the Lower Providence Democratic Committee for 12 years, along with roles as Sr Accountant at the Montgomery County Controller's Office and Treasurer of the Montgomery County Democratic Committee.
