John Stauffer, MBA, currently serves as Member Experience Manager and Senior Relationship Manager at Citadel Credit Union since January 2023. Stauffer has extensive experience in leadership roles within the banking sector, previously holding positions such as Senior Vice President at Ephrata National Bank and Branch Manager at multiple banks. In addition to banking, Stauffer contributes to the community as a Board Member for both the Northern Lancaster County Chamber of Commerce and Junior Achievement of South Central PA, where also acts as Committee Chairperson for the Putt-for-Education fundraising event. Stauffer has an academic background that includes a Master of Business Administration from Penn State University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Millersville University.
