Michele Guelfe is an experienced talent acquisition professional, currently serving as a Talent Acquisition Leader, Talent Inclusion Specialist, and Talent Acquisition Expert at CI&T since July 2019, focusing on attracting top IT talent and ensuring a differentiated selection experience. Prior to CI&T, Michele worked at IBM Brasil from June 2012 to June 2019 as a Brazil Talent Acquisition Partner, responsible for recruiting developers, consultants, testers, and project managers, aligning internal client goals with candidate needs. Michele began the career as a recruiter at People Recursos Humanos from April 2008 to April 2012, managing high-volume recruitment, conducting psychological assessments, and overseeing candidates throughout the selection process. Michele holds a specialization in Organizational and People Management from UFSCar and a degree from Faculdades Integradas Einstein de Limeira.
