Melanie Pittham is an experienced design professional currently serving as the Head of Service Design for EMEA at CI&T since July 2023, after previously working as a Service Design Consultant for British Gas in early 2023. Prior roles include various positions with companies such as Somo Global and esure Group, focusing on service design consulting. Notably, Melanie contributed to projects for Just Eat Takeaway.com, Moorfields Eye Hospital, and the MOD Royal Navy Recruitment. With a solid educational background, including a 1st Class BA(Hons) in Design Marketing from Teesside University and a BTEC National Diploma in Graphic Design from New College Durham, Melanie possesses a strong foundation in design marketing and innovation.
