Shelly Ayers has a diverse background in program supervision, risk management, diversity council work, and ownership in different organizations. With experience in human resources, Shelly currently serves as the National Risk Manager at CISV USA, ensuring child safety and risk management guidelines are followed. Additionally, Shelly plays a key role in promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion as a member of the Diversity Council at the State of Tennessee. In their ownership role at Chattanooga Football Club, Shelly continues to make an impact in various capacities. Shelly Ayers holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Roanoke College and a high school diploma from Girls Preparatory School.
