Katherine Thibodeau currently serves as Coordonnatrice des activités multidisciplinaires at CISSS de Lanaudière since May 2021. With extensive experience as a professional social worker at Ordre des travailleurs sociaux et des thérapeutes conjugaux et familiaux du Québec (OTSTCFQ) since May 2002, Katherine has also held significant roles including Chef des services sociaux et ergothérapie santé physique and Chef des services sociaux et neuropsychologie santé physique mission hospitalière at CIUSSS du Nord-de-l'île-de-Montréal from September 2017 to May 2021. Previous positions include Residential Manager at CIUSSS de l'Ouest-de-l'Île-de-Montréal from January 2005 to September 2017 and Social Worker at Hôpital Charles Lemoyne from May 2002 to January 2005, with specialized experience in memory care for dementia patients. Katherine's educational background includes a Master of Social Work from McGill University and various management qualifications from Université Laval, with ongoing training in Lean Six Sigma at CVPAC.
