Alicia Voeks is a seasoned professional in project management and human resources, currently serving as Sr Manager of Client IT Project Management at Cisive since December 2020, where Alicia leads a team of six and has successfully implemented programs for large enterprise clients across various industries. Alicia's previous roles include Talent Consultant at Versiti Inc. and Program Manager/Ops Project Lead at Kohl's, where improvements in processes and faster resolution of issues were achieved. Experience also includes significant project leadership in Workday implementations at Kohl's Department Stores and roles in recruitment and operations.
