Susanna Lim has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over 25 years. Susanna began their career in 1994 as Food & Beverage Manager and Operations Analyst at Hyatt Hotels Corporation. In 1997, they transitioned to MICROS Systems Inc as a System Specialist, Sales Engineer, and Lead Implementation Specialist. Susanna worked at MICROS Systems Inc for six years before joining Vocus, Inc in 2003. At Vocus, Inc, they held various roles including Professional Services Consultant and Strategic Sales Engineer, Enterprise Sales. In 2015, they joined Cision as a Sales Product Engineer, Sales Operations and Enablement. Susanna later took on the role of Enterprise Business Development Director and currently serves as a Senior Sales Engineer. Throughout their career, Susanna has demonstrated strong business development skills, expertise in sales operations, and the ability to build relationships with clients and partners.
Susanna Lim obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in HR&RM from Penn State University, which they attended from 1989 to 1994. Prior to that, they attended Franklin Regional High School from 1988 to 1989. Susanna also attended Seoul Foreign School from 1978 to 1988. Susanna has obtained various certifications, including "Elevate Value" from Corporate Visions in January 2021, "Create Value" from Corporate Visions in August 2020, "Mastering Remote Selling" from Corporate Visions in July 2020, "Conceptual Selling" from Miller Heiman Group in June 2017, "Strategic Selling" from Miller Heiman Group in June 2017, and "Value Selling Framework®" from ValueSelling Associates in February 2016.
