Lesley Lucero has work experience in the customer service industry. Lesley started their career in 2016 at C.H. Robinson as a Customer Support Specialist, where they worked until 2019. In 2019, they joined Toast, Inc. as a Customer Support Specialist and worked there until 2020. Lesley then joined Cision in 2020 and has held various roles, including Customer Service Specialist, Enterprise Customer Advocate, and currently as a Client Success Manager.

Lesley Lucero pursued their education at the University of Illinois Chicago from 2012 to 2017, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Psychology. Additionally, in October 2022, they received certification as a Certified Customer Success Manager (CCSM) Level 1 from SuccessHACKER.
