Jonathan Gould has over 15 years of experience in client training and project management within the technology and education sectors. Currently serving as Senior Client Trainer EMEIA at Cision since December 2009, Jonathan leads training projects focusing on client usage, retention, and content scaling, delivering onboarding through various platforms including Teams and Zoom. Previously, as Senior Client Trainer UK, Jonathan designed tailored training plans and attended commercial pitches, utilizing client engagement metrics to enhance training effectiveness. Additional roles include Group Customer Trainer at V-Media and Project Manager & DVD Author at Regent Language Training, where Jonathan contributed to educational initiatives.
