Frank Chiang has a diverse work experience spanning over 25 years. Frank is currently working as an Enterprise Account Director at Cision since July 2020. Before joining Cision, they worked as an Enterprise Account Executive at Seismic from May 2019 to June 2020. At Seismic, they played a crucial role in increasing productivity and effectiveness in sales and marketing. Prior to that, they worked for Forrester Research for a period of 14 years from January 2005 to May 2019 as a Global Account Director. Frank also has experience as an Owner at Tangentsol from August 2003 to January 2005, Sales Engineer / Project Manager at Planitax from May 2002 to August 2003, and Operations Manager at Intraspect Software from March 2000 to July 2001. Frank started their career at Ernst & Young as a Sr. Tax Consultant from January 1997 to February 1999, followed by working as a Tax Consultant at KPMG Peat Marwick from January 1996 to January 1997. Frank Chiang has a diverse education history spanning multiple years and institutions. Frank started their education in 1988 and completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics at the University of California, Santa Cruz in 1992. Following this, they pursued a Master of Arts degree in Tax Law/Taxation at the USC Marshall School of Business from 1994 to 1995. In more recent years, Frank Chiang furthered their education by earning a Master of Science degree in Marketing at The Johns Hopkins University - Carey Business School from 2019 to 2024.

In addition to their formal education, Frank Chiang has also obtained two certifications. Frank received an ABM Certification Foundations from Demandbase in February 2023 and completed a certification titled "Digital Marketing Strategies: Data, Automation, AI & Analytics" from Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management in June 2019.
