Aidan Sweeney's work experience begins in 2017, where they worked for the Altoona Curve as a Production Crew member until 2018. In 2018, they also had an international internship as a Web Designer. From 2016 to 2020, they worked as a Staff Writer and Photographer for the Troubadour Newspaper at Saint Francis University. Additionally, from 2019 to 2019, they interned as a Commercial Sales Intern for Capital BlueCross. In 2018, they joined the Saint Francis University Student Government Association as a Public Relations Manager, a role they held until 2020. Their most recent work experience is with Cision, where they have held multiple roles since 2020, starting as a Sales Development Representative and advancing to become an Associate Account Executive, then an Account Executive, and currently a Senior Account Executive.

Aidan Sweeney attended Saint Francis University from 2016 to 2020, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Strategic Communications.
