With a focus on creating innovative experiences for modern hybrid work, Wen has held multiple leadership roles, including Director of Design for the Webex App and Webex Meetings & Webinar, where the emphasis was on enhancing user experiences across various platforms. Wen's career includes significant contributions to Cisco's user experience and design strategies, fostering customer satisfaction and brand loyalty. Prior experience includes an internship at Lenovo in user experience design, complemented by a Master's degree in Art of Design from Beijing Institute of Technology and a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Design from the University of Science and Technology Beijing.
