Tim Leese is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience at Cisco since August 1998, currently serving as the Global Director of Customer Delivery. In this role, Tim leads the vision and delivery of professional and technical lab services for the Customer Experience in the Americas, emphasizing the importance of customer success. Previous positions at Cisco include AMER Customer Experience Delivery Manager and Technical Project Systems Engineer, where Tim oversaw network testing and provided technical support. Tim's career also includes roles at the United States Postal Service as an Information Technology Specialist, at Century Data Systems Inc as a Systems Engineer, and service as an Avionics Technician in the US Navy, where Tim gained experience in numerous avionic systems and participated in Desert Storm. Tim holds an Associate of Science degree in Computer Engineering from ECPI University and has furthered education through various programs, including training at The George Washington University School of Business.
