Jack Hampson is an experienced leader in technology and data science, currently serving as the Senior Director of CX AI at Cisco since November 2024, focusing on the integration of AI technology across customer experience solutions. Previously, Jack founded and led Deeper Insights from October 2014 to November 2024, enabling leaders to leverage data science for informed decision-making. In addition, Jack held the role of AI Industry Dealmaker at the Department for International Trade, facilitating the entry of high-growth overseas businesses into the UK between August 2021 and May 2024. Early career milestones include serving as Non-Executive Director and Investor at Veglo Ltd, Director of Marketing and Product Strategy at iGO Inc, and Founder and CEO of Adapt-Mobile Ltd. Educational foundations were established at Kings School Worcester and Rugby School.
