Eric W. is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in technical marketing, product management, and cloud architecture. Currently serving as a Principal Technical Marketing Engineer at Cisco since April 2024, Eric was previously a Principal Product Manager at Elevate Security, where Eric led the development of an innovative SaaS platform focused on managing human risk in security incidents. Prior roles include Principal Cloud Architect at Dell Technologies, where Eric specialized in systems management and observability, and multiple positions at Cisco, including Principal Engineer, where Eric contributed to the creation of the Cisco HyperFlex solution. Eric's career began at Caterpillar Inc. as a UNIX Systems Implementation Specialist, following a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Technology from Purdue University.
