Eileen Hsu is a seasoned leader in digital transformation and sales operations with extensive experience at Cisco since April 2005, currently serving as Vice President of Digital Transformation. In previous roles at Cisco, Hsu contributed to significant advancements in digital capabilities and sales processes, including the development of end-to-end solutions for compensation programs as Director of Digital Sales Operations and establishing a dedicated team for channel operations while focused on improving partner experiences. Prior to Cisco, Hsu held the position of IT Project Manager at Juniper Networks, where leadership was provided in deploying a data warehouse and business intelligence solution, and earlier at Cisco Systems overseeing data warehousing projects that enhanced financial reporting capabilities. Hsu earned a BA in Management Information Systems and Business Honors Program from Texas McCombs School of Business.
