Dave Malik is a Cisco Fellow and Vice President serving as CTO and Chief Architect for CX Americas, leading a team to establish technology strategies that drive business outcomes through AI, automation, and security. With over two decades of experience at Cisco, Malik has accelerated solutions in various domains and led sustainability efforts to support customer Net Zero goals. Malik has held multiple leadership roles, focusing on CX Product Management and Advanced Services, where significant revenue growth was achieved through innovative architecture and integration programs. Prior to Cisco, Malik worked as a WAN Specialist at The Estée Lauder Companies Inc., and holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and a Master of Science in Information Systems, both with honors.
