Currently, Anu leads the Service Delivery IT team, focusing on creating a unified platform and enhancing the customer experience. Previous roles involved managing significant budgets and driving substantial transformative changes in service logistics and finance compliance initiatives. Anu’s career began at Engineers India Limited as a Software Engineer, followed by positions at Florida Power and Light Company and Electronic Data Systems, culminating in a comprehensive skill set built upon a foundation in Computer Science from the Birla Institute of Technology and Science and further education from Stanford Graduate School of Business.
